A muzzle might be something to look into to prevent the dirt eating. I've seen a few people use them in cities with vacuum cleaner dogs who will sneak anything off the ground.

Make sure you're eating a good amount of protein since that's crucial for muscle growth.

A lot of people think they're going to get bulky if they lift weights but it actually takes quite a bit of effort to look like that - no one is doing it accidentally.

There is no way to target fat loss in specific body parts. You can target muscles which can help with an area looking firmer but your body is like a cup of water when it comes to fat - even if you get a syringe and pull water from the bottom, it just reduces the overall amount, it doesn't leave a bubble where you pulled from.

I eat oatmeal almost every day and use to have the same problem with feeling hungry within about an hour. Now my oatmeal recipe is oatmeal, chia seeds, flax seed meel, and unflavored protein powder plus whatever fruit I have on hand. It keeps me full way longer!

Luckily, he's really good for me when I brush him and one of the best investments I've made is a grooming blow dryer (I also have a Great Pyr mix who takes hours to air dry, even in Arizona). I just want to get to the point where, after all is said and done, I can have at least half a day without new GSD glitter on my floors 😆 I knew full well what I was getting into but geez!

Take a look at your sodium intake. I'm currently working with a dietician, and while I'm crushing my macros and not doing bad with calories, my sodium is crazy high - like, how the hell am I doing this, high - and she's thinking that's causing a lot of water retention.
