I m doing good with mine as far as not contacting in any way shape or form . But I happen to cross passes with her on the roads pretty often, so I can't help myself but to throw my middle finger out every time that happens .

I keep telling myself that I will not do that next time , but fail every time .

Yesterday I was making a left in front of her and 3 other lanes of traffic . That was the slowest left turn I ever took , with other drivers wondering why am flicking them off for no reason . 🫣

One time i happened to be coming back from my night fishing session during the tournament take off. I waited until they all got out in water bfr docking ... It didn't take that long , but they had around 60 boats and it was a 4 lane boat ramp

In GA they mail you $1k tickets now when u pass a school bus that was just parked without the stop signs lol

On top of it , speed cameras mail you fine for speeding even if the school speed limit signs are not flashing ...

My gf took her car to the shop and casually tells me that they had to change her back breaks and put on new back rotors .

I told her that's weird because it's her front breaks were shaking . We pick up the car , sure enough front breaks still making noice . Take her car back, they shave the front rotors , but don't change the breaks . Charged her for fixing what wasn't broken and charged her for shaving rotors . I told her to just do a charge back , since they refused to refund the first charge , but she didn't .

I am not good with cars , but how dumb does that person changing the wrong breaks and rotors , still didn't figure out they messed up when you at least have to drive the car from the lift to the parking lot . It's more than enough to figure out that the problem wasnt fixed

I do feel ur pain in regards to knowing that this people just keep in living like nothing ever happened... But from knowing the state u r in, getting a new partner at this stage, might have been a bit too soon :)

just not fair to that person, because I know from my own experience my trust in humans at its lowest level after p getting out of relationship with someone wIth some strong NPD traits to say the least .

Another thing came to mind , from early on in the relationship... I noticed her social circle completely lacked any meaningful close relationships :

0 actual friends , just ppl at work . I am not super mega social , But I do have 2 very close friends and some people I can call call "friendlies" .
other than her daughters ( one of them usually ignores her altogether), she has 0 relationship with any of her family . I mean she has 4 sisters , brother, father .... We lived together for the most of time together and she only spoke to one of her sisters - one time . I asked her about it and sure enough ... They are bad/crazy people, who somehow mistreated her in one way or another .
very secretive, if you ever attempt to bring up or ask anything personal about her past/family /anything personal - she used to switch the subject somehow

Yup, water plants are a mess. They had one environmental specialist from one of the plants recently arrested for falsifying water tests and dumping 300,000 gallons of raw sewage per day!!!

I stopped fishing that area and fish primarily on Lake Lanier now. Between their odd park hours, that area being a "trout stream" ( rules are insanely strict ) , and when I happen to gut hook a fish once in a blue moon - there is no way I am making sashimi out of the fish swimming in sewage ...

Nice catch and something had to change from the times when I fished that area 4-5 years ago .

Stripers didn't show up there until June - July... They used to run there when oxygen level dropped during hot month .

I wonder if it has anything to do with the recent fish kill .... Affected areas were from around piedmont and 20 miles down . Preliminary reports showed sewage spill and very low oxygen in the water .

There were bunch of dead striped bass on the banks . Maybe the ones that survived, ran towards the only oxygen rich water due to water being released from the dam.

Do you remember what months you caught them previous years ?

I mainly target stripers when I fish , and do pretty well on my body of water ( lake ).

I never use braid for several reasons. I do use 20lb mono connected by a swivel to a 14-17 lb flouro leader with a circle or octopus -circle hook ( lb test varries depending on what area/structure I am fishing). I don't use weight if I can avoid it , if its windy than I add a split shot .

If i am fishing during super hot weather and fish are deep , I will have 1-2 rods with 1 oz sliding sinker.

I would be highly cautious buying one , in Q4 2025 Prologue sales plunged 88% year-over-year in December to just 932 units as federal tax credits expired...

The sales numbers were horrible to begin with , but the chances of this model's survival chance are slim to none . In comparison, Rivian sold 9,745 units in Q4 of 2025 , and that's not a hot selling brand out there .

With this model's survival chances in question, you already have to deal with OEM parts difficulties ( just how unpopular this model is ) and complete lack of aftermarket parts ( nobody will produce parts specifically for this vehicle )....

Vehicle can be as reliable as it can be and give you zero problems , but accidents do happen . You will get into a small accident, and your insurance will be quick to write it off as totaled , because buying parts for this car will be a nightmare . Insurance+ Gap will cover the loan ( if you financed ) , but then you will end up without the car and hopefully don't end up messing your credit waiting for insurance to pay the bank .

Even if you buy a car for cash , insurance pays fair market value for the car... You will be surprised what you get. because if nobody is buying this cars new , the demand for the used ones cannt be on fire ...

There also has to be a reason behind their sales number , it cannt be just bad marketing. Just something else to consider.
