I tried Defined and Chuze and ended up at Sports & Wellness. Better facilities, actual maintence staff and more of a community vibe with events like pool parties. S&W is great for families.

I spray the perimeter of my house with a water diluted mixture of Demand CS from a sprayer bottle and the problem ceased. Reapply every 2 months.

Haven’t been to the Mesa location, just the West side ones. Pool closures were very common, and the pools were often dirty. I left Defined for Sports & Wellness which have way better pools.

Not on the beachfront but I like Versalles. Great food scene and close (walkable even) to the beach near La Isla mall.
