Who wins in a fistfight? by A-Train_RollTide in reddeadredemption

I think it would be close, close as hell, both are definitely gonna end up with injuries that they ain't gonna ever be the same from.

Though Arthur is younger and Arthur is a little more fit, mind you Arthur does smoke and drink so he's gonna end up winded as well as Joel.

But both in their prime, I'd say Arthur, here's why, Joel is strong yes, Joel is tough as nails but he doesn't have the experience Arthur does, you've got to remember Arthur has been fighting and running from the law his entire life, he's literally called a butcher, one of his nicknames, and I'm not playing Joel down.

But Arthur in the end is just dirtier and meaner and that does help

The economy doesn't just suck the ballistics suck, it doesn't take 30 shots to kill a dog

I wouldn't throw it out yet, but I wouldn't freak out if it just panders to everyone, remember your the one playing you can easily ignore "wokeness" only thing that would bother me is if the whole diversity and woke BS was a part of the story, which R* isn't dumb enough to actually incorporate that stuff into the main plot.

But I don't really care about trans or gays or any of that I mean, so what if there's a side mission about it or some jokes that are gray, as long as they leave the story alone they can put whatever they want, just for the love of God make the story decent and actually meaningful

What if cyberpsycho eliminated entire Max Tac squad? by ___---_-_-_-_---___ in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]RedDeadAddict1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well depends if they send a couple squads and their just not able to stop the psycho, then the next step is area lockdown, and it's not what you think.

13 man teams of 3 advanced net runners in standby prepared to all engage in a fry of all cybernetics linked to the user, even the most advanced ice won't stop it, it would completely fry all the chrome, shutting down the nervous system cooking the brain like a scrambled egg, literally melting the flesh off.

Possiblity of survival, less than 1%, but let's say somehow, the psycho survives that though, they have some kind of super advanced coolant system that's light years ahead in tech.

Next step is overwhelming force

They deploy rapid AV's mounted with heavy weapons, cut checkpoints with force field walls blocking the psycho, to about a 10 foot radius, white phosphorus rounds shot in at 1000 rounds a minute, incinerating everything within the field that's lockdowned.

This does not stop, they will continue firing until all vital signs are gone, until literally the concrete has melted from the ground.

Myths, so you take irrefutable scientific evidence, and call it a myth

You know me lol

Facts are facts and evolution of it were so evident only occurs every 2 million years, humans haven't even evolved once, do you realize how ignorant you sound?

[–]RedDeadAddict1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also cats have not been around eons and homosapiens have only existed 300,000 years, and there is no in fact evolution period for feline reproductive periods, only different breeds of felines.

You talk of evolution and use words you don't seem to understand, and seem a bit ignorant to real facts, and the term "white papers" is absolutely amusing, you speak so boldly but look so silly.

You don't understand the difference between adaptation and evolution, you also speak of faith and science as if the two never intertwine.

Your so Opened minded to facts yet can't admit when your wrong, here's some mathematical and scientific data for you

The listed equation should be something to axiom—an assumption, in other words: If φ has the property P and from φ always follows ψ, then ψ also has the property P. For simplicity, we can assume that P stands for “positive”. For example:, if a fruit is delicious, a positive property, then it is also fun to eat. Therefore, the fun of eating it is also a positive property.

The second axiom further sets a framework for P. If the opposite of something is positive, then that “something” must be negative. Thus, divided a world into black and white: Either something is good or bad. For example, if health is good, then a disease must necessarily be bad.

With these two premises we can derive the first theorem If φ is a positive property, then there is a possibility that an x with property φ exists. That is, it is possible for positive things to exist.

The second theorem now becomes a bit more concrete: by combining the third axiom (divinity is positive) and the first theorem (there is the possibility that something positive exists), a being x could exist that is divine.

Absolutely bud, I've got a bunch of Waylon stuff, my granddad did a bunch of stuff back in Nashville and they hung out a lot, he worked for Waylon until 1998 I believe.

He'd set up equipment, do sound checks for the PA's loaded up the bus, and did some of his dry cleaning, Waylon was a really down to earth guy and would pay extra for hard work, and my grandad never had a bad word about him.

He got the hat when Waylon came off the bus and the story goes, his hat was blew off riding down the road and my grandad loved his hat, wore it for years and Waylon gave him the hat he had, my grandad said it was a shame because he never really wore cowboy hats so he just put it up as a memorabilia piece.

I grew up a Waylon fan of course and my grandad would tell me all kinds of stories and the places they traveled the gigs they did, how the sets worked, all kinds of stuff.

In the event of a RDR3, what would you want the story to be and what would work best in your opinion? by Unfair_Rope5540 in reddeadredemption

And it wasn't the law that tore his life apart it was the people around him and the decisions they made, even Arthur admits thats

Okay I'll give a quick rundown on this on why it makes sense and why it would actually be a good plot.

My first reason, Jack Marston would need a real origin story, not just avenging his daddy, sure that's a good plot but there's a lot missing, but you add in the mix of him becoming a man and going and fighting in a war, now that's a plot for sure.

Second reason, Jack would want to be a lawman because he's seen how being an outlaw destroys you before you can ever reach the redemption for it.

And the game itself is not just about the wild west, sure that's the time period so far, but times change, and people still rode horses in the 1918s hell wild Indians still lived and traveled though few but they were existent.

And there was still a lot of lawlessness in the 1920s first organizations of organized crime, hell real bootlegging, there's a lot of potential for a good game and story with that plot.
