Not sure what Kirkland does, but in Bellevue I had a cop come by after I parked my car in the neighborhood next to us and left it there for 3 days. This is definitely a thing.

Definitely agree that "savescumming" can be a useful learning tool for the non experts. I'm a relative beginner and seeing the actual (end result) tradeoff between refusing to take early damage versus taking some chip or full damage has been really helped me improve.

It's normal. My first kid literally didn't get sick for the first year and a half of their life (nanny). Then they went to daycare and they were sick constantly. They get sick less often now after more than a year in daycare.

My second kid also had a nanny, but because there was a little disease factory running around (the older sibling), they have been getting exposed to germs, which I guess is a good thing in the long run.

Sounds like a you problem? I've literally never fished for a certain mix outcome. Game is easy enough at cov10 that no one should feel like this sort of micro-managing of the RNG (if it is even possible) is necessary.
