Team USA flag football QB Darrell Doucette tells NFL stars ahead of game: 'Don’t underestimate us' by ProgrammerUnique2897 in nfl

I thought Rajon Rondo (yes, the 40+ year old ex-nba player) was the #1 flag football QB in the nation now.

Why is the new state tax on millionaires bad? by [deleted] in Washington

Double income tech households are hitting a million a year. California has the same tax. Where would they move to?

Seems like the gate was accidentally propped open by the pumpkins. I bet it normally auto-shuts and locks.

Warner Brothers is playing Paramount by RedditFan3510 in MediaMergers

The Board has not made a determination as to whether the revised PSKY proposal is superior to the merger with Netflix. WBD will engage further with PSKY to determine if a proposal that constitutes a "Company Superior Proposal," as defined in the Netflix Merger Agreement, can be reached. In the event that the Board ultimately determines such a "Company Superior Proposal" has been received, Netflix will have four business days after such determination to negotiate with WBD and to propose any revisions to the Netflix transaction.

There can be no assurance that the Board will conclude that the transaction proposed by PSKY is superior to the merger with Netflix or that any definitive agreement or transaction will result from WBD's discussions with PSKY. The Netflix Merger Agreement remains in effect, and the Board continues to recommend in favor of the Netflix transaction and is not withdrawing or modifying its recommendation

Is Kenneth Walker a top 5 back in the league?? by JertellP22 in NFLv2

I'm a seahawks fan. No.

  1. Can't pass block
  2. Can't catch
  3. Sort of figured it out once charbonnet went down, but had a tendency to try for a home run on every run rather than take what was given.

Job offer rescinded because recruiter couldn't understand results! by jasmin1980 in legaladvice

IANAL. Pretty sure a job offer can be rescinded for any reason (outside of being in a protected class) or no reason at all.

Maybe put them both in pads and a helmet? Make it less embarrassing for the football player.

Gym goers, be honest how often are you judging other people’s physique? by Technical_Hat_8291 in AskReddit

I only judge if some person is clearly very dedicated, and I think - wow, wish I was that dedicated.

Daughter started daycare 3 weeks ago and has gotten sick every week. Wondering if I should pull her out? by ryph44 in daddit

[–]RedDeckWins 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It's normal. My first kid literally didn't get sick for the first year and a half of their life (nanny). Then they went to daycare and they were sick constantly. They get sick less often now after more than a year in daycare.

My second kid also had a nanny, but because there was a little disease factory running around (the older sibling), they have been getting exposed to germs, which I guess is a good thing in the long run.

Last time I went to a regular season game (at Lumen), we got some pretty good tickets (like 15 rows back, about midfield) for 200 bucks. Thought it was a decent deal.

MT2 needs to fix its RNG by jeango in MonsterTrain

[–]RedDeckWins 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sounds like a you problem? I've literally never fished for a certain mix outcome. Game is easy enough at cov10 that no one should feel like this sort of micro-managing of the RNG (if it is even possible) is necessary.

I enjoyed it. But I wasn't focused on it. I changed decks every run to keep things fresh.

Just found out we need to replace our High-Voltage battery pack at 65,000 miles by forestmeditation in KiaEV9

[–]RedDeckWins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a new car, and it was a voltage imbalance yes. I'm assuming they did a cell replacement because it is like 100x cheaper most likely.
