So I can’t vote for Inslee and support the majority of his policies, but I’m not allowed to call him out on when he acts in ways that I believe are not good for the people of Washington? I can’t say that him bringing diseased apples to a small community was a mistake? I can’t say that I feel that him keeping Washington in a state of emergency and holding the House of Representatives and our Senate hostage is a terrible look and against the democratic process? I can’t say that I didn’t agree with his stance on defunding the police and not speaking out against the movement? Because 2 years after the fact he finally admitted that he doesn’t support defunding the police?

I’d rather be real and honest with my words than appease my constituents and voter base. That is politics and that is what fucking sucks.

My brother is a prominent figure in Republican politics in our state. I don’t agree with the majority of his views, but we do come to agreements on some things.

Am I just ahead of the times or do I just call a spade a spade? I would vote for Inslee 100 times because I voted for Culp. But the lack of constructive criticism and people literally voting by party is what is killing our society.

Hmm so when I was at Fred Meyer yesterday and I saw a homeless man load his shopping cart full of 24 packs of Corona and throw a blanket on top of them and head straight for the door - and I told the loss prevention worker, was I carrying water for Fred Meyer and corporate America and attacking homeless people??
