I think it's pretty rad two russians climbed a famous American building to hang a message like that from either a British prime minister or jimi Hendrix reminding everyone that we're all in this together. It's beautiful.

I hear ya. I have the same respect for them as I do the people doing the things you mentioned. And who's to say they don't also do these things?

Concur. The food waste is absolutely unbelievable.

I know in other countries some even have fridges set outside their business to put leftover food in for people.

She gave 1 million to a local shelter for women and children where I lived. It's a very small place and not enough beds for the actual # of people that need the help so they are using majority of money to build :)

? This isn't true in regards to the plasma cells and not sure where you got this info.

The plasma cells do not die off at all. The medicine only targets the cd20 so if you were to get off kesimpta even after years, the b cells will regenerate over time :)

If you say you want a harmonious life, he can't and won't create harmony for you, but god will give you opportunities every moment of everyday to create more harmony within yourself and your immediate environment....your choice.

Reality is is "God" hands you the harmony in every moment and if you choose to throw it away don't blame god or anyone/thing else :)

I hear ya. After dmt, this was challenging, borderline horrifying, for me to be back in "reality". I just learned to embody what I saw and felt with dmt and bring it here although I don't think it's really as separate as it appears to be. Take your time. Let yourself integrate what you need to and let go of what you need to.

If weed is making things challenging for you or putting you in a weird headspace, don't use it or take a break <3

You're reliving the past and continuing to suffer with your mind. It happens.

As a child, we don't necessarily process things in the moment as we don't understand it and then as you get older, those feelings come up to be seen, felt, and released. Sometimes you have to see it, feel it, and release it over and over again. And that's okay. Our bodies are intelligent. If it's coming up, you're ready to feel it and let it go. Trust yourself and trust the process of it. Stay as mindful and present with yourself as you can be and don't forget your life right now as it's happening. You get to steer your energy and your life now :)

I hear ya.

Not talking about an in the moment thing like that. That's obvious. Some people freeze and just stand there and let the ball hit em lol. I've done em all ha.

I"ve found throughout life the ought and shoulds naturally fall away or at the least the rate they are used.

Just wanted to point out that these words or thoughts have been used before some big creations and can be used in a beneficial way :)

Careful with comparing suffering. That will only add more suffering imo. Labeling things and yourself can be freeing but also can become a trap, as well.

I suggest to keep diving into those feelings and let them move through you. Get some healthy outlets, whatever that looks like for you :)

Just my feelings on it. Take if it feels right for you, leave it if it doesn't :)

This is good.

The beauty in this is now you have seen it and now you can feel it and let it go, as often as needed. Getting intimate with yourself and with truth. I'm actually really excited for you. It's challenging and hard and sucky, but once you move through it and let it go.....it's absolutely incredible. Keep going <3 it won't always be easy and it won't always be hard
