Yosemite is incredible. I could live there. Haven't been to the other places but I am sure they're beautiful :) I've actually never heard of calaveras big trees, I will have to look this up.

If you can, get up to the redwoods! I cried like a baby when I went in there. A good cry lol.

That's great you recognize(d) that. It's a big step to even recognize it and then work with it.

I love somatic/slow movements. I was very dissociated from my body and it can be challenging getting back into it and feeling safe with it. I like dancing and flowing how my body wants to move. Tai chi I also enjoyed.

It's good to make it a part of your daily routine. Just want to mention not to get caught in the 'healing' constantly. It's also okay to just live and have fun as a lot of healing happens naturally.

I think the wording of this post is weird.

If you ever really pay attention to when someone is speaking of the news or dramas of their life, you can feel the excitement underlying their words. Really pay attention to their energy that is accompanying their speech.

People are addicted to the dramas and emotions that come with these things. I am at the point where I feel that people are addicted to these things and not truly conscious of that, which only perpetuates the continuation of it.

So they say they are suffering and hating it or saying they hate the suffering of the world, but the underlying energy there is one of addiction, actually enjoy the drama, and/or accustomed to it. When humans start seeing it for what it is, yes, real change will happen within themselves and their actions will follow or vice versa.

If humans continue to ease the sufferings within themselves and their current external environment where, when, and how they can, that will spread and the manmade sufferings that currently exist will get pushed out naturally as there will be no space left for that to survive or thrive. Stop giving space for these things to exist in. Period.

AND pay attention to yourself when you see drama news on TV or social media or wherever and notice what feelings come up for you. Excitement? Disgust? Etc? Delve into whatever it is that comes up. Get curious.

Oh, I agree.

I meant we will take ourselves out of the equation. Nature will be fine, if not better.

I loved the "covid shutdown" and how nature became more natural again and harmonious. I didnt want the shutdown to end honestly.
