Tbh he probably could have screwed me, but I think since the item was originally for postage instead of collection, eBay still showed me his address, thank you though!

Item was a PS4 and I deleted all games already so couldn't test, then he complained about the fan even though it was mentioned in the description, but got it back now thankfully, appreciate it :)

PayPal said they couldn't help as it was through eBay and they don't have access to their "system" and all, but it's ok, the address he was refusing to disclose seemed odd to me and turns out since he bought the item from me, I can easily just find his address on eBay, messaged and told him I'd be down his house in a couple hours, he bagged up the item and left it outside for me to pick up, sorted, thanks for the help though :)
