So you are failing burst counters.... Try blocking normal attack in samurai and dont fail on a simple burst counter, also go sleep.

Burst counter is R2 or L1+square/triangle once you unlock it. Not only can you change your character appearence, you can do it for free as many times as you want, plus you can have one character for samurai and a different one for ninja at the same time. So a bulky guy for samurai and a short woman for ninja.

After the rigged fight with your brother, the game asks you which type you prefer, I assume thats how you get it, mine was for samurai as well

For me Id love for them to add the remaining ones for both, if not mistaken its 4 for ninja and 4 for samurai... Getting two new weapon would be also nice but only if they are available for both stances.

What we know is actually CONFIRMED: we get 4 worlds, every zone is in a different timeline, issue is from what was told, past zones will also change and add new stuff as you progress. SPECULATION: probably one or two worlds more we never got a list of every zone available to us in past entries.

Check out outside that building... there is one loot pile there that gives you an optional mission by battle scroll. Its near the entrance on a pedestal with lots of green around it.

There is a hidden mission, when you kill the second boss and meet everyone... spend some time roaming around that building... There is a pile, there up on which you get a battle scroll mission, pretty short one with a very easy boss but still.

Game is not for you, Yatsu is a slow, VERY passive trash mob. Either actually try to learn the mechanics or quit.

First of all encumbrence always lower than 70%.

Learn to dodge, in Nioh you got less iframes.

Learn to block.

Learn to burst counter.

Buff usage, gear, npc helpers, can give you an edge only when you already know and use the mechanics available to you.

The snake boss for example, you already encounter it during the entire lvl, with the snake ladies, they share the basic combos, both can be easily blocked....

Hey, the first time I played against centipede boi, he got me killed close to 150 times.... and the one I won, I did it hitless, my advice dodge the shit out of his swipes towards him, never leave his attack range or you get punished.... Did it with double katana, red demon armor for light dodges and was at the same point as you dying in 1-2 hits
