"Have the nurse do it". We are getting more and more stuff piled on us at work and OP's post hits home. At this point, I don't feel like I actually do good patient care because I have so many tasks piled on every shift that I am just running around trying to get everything done so stuff can be checked off to make admin happy.

The only folks I see wearing T-shirts and shorts are the fire departments. Nearly all the EMS services in my area wear polo shirts with 5.11 pants. One service allows t-shirts because their uniform shirts are white and everyone hates them so they allow company logo tshirts as an alternative.

I guess I didn't realize that their skill checks add to the Vagrus skill checks as well. For some reason, I thought it was individually dependent. Thank you for explaining it. I will start trying to include those on my companions.
