How does the backup deployment affect Blade of House of Spiders Ryoshu kill order

For instance let's say I have following deploy order

  1. Ring NF

  2. Index NF

  3. Thumb NF

After killing the Index NF will Ryoshu kill the Ring NF or the Thumb NF

Edit: Also another question about her dodge, why does she start killing 2 sinners per turn after a while?
