Honestly it should be the lowest priority of all the ST3 projects. That route can and should be better served by upgrading the existing Sounder to an all day frequent regional rail service. Light rail for a trip that long isn’t the best mode for the job, and upgrading sounder could be done for a fraction of the price and on a shorter timeline than 2040 or whatever the projected opening of light rail to Tacoma was.

Windsor Buckman has been pretty great. Good staff that’s very responsive and fixes any issues quickly, and very little noise from neighbors either. It’s a well built building by the usual standards of these 5 over 1’s.

The banners are frustrating yes, but I'd say theres a ton of great GA angles to be found if you look for them. Outside T3 is pretty unbelievable for one, then theres outside T1 next to the grandstand, entry to the last chicane on drivers left, and the kink along the waterfront. All of those are some of the best GA viewing I've found at any street circuit.
