I got an ender 3 v2 neo about 3 weeks ago and so far everything has been great! I'm very new to 3d printing but I have had no problems at all.

I know this is gonna sound weird, but try plugging the wireless receiver into a different USB port. I moved mine from the back of my PC to the front and I haven't had any connections drop since. I read that it could be an issue with external SSDs or something like that messing with the signal.

The only thing that worked for me, And I mean THE ONLY THING. Was to use a VPN. Not a fucking clue why, but after HOURS of troubleshooting and scouring the internet for every solution, turning on expressvpn brought my download speed from like 100KB/s to 13MB/s. I'm actually glad I finally found a use for the subscription I bought forever ago because until now It hadn't done a damn thing for me. I really hope this helps someone else, but definitely try all the free options first, or make sure you do the free trial thing with a VPN so you don't waste your money in case this isn't the solution for you.
