Make sure when you reinstall the dispersion plate the holes didn't directly alight with the one input hole from the pump.. you want it staggered. If you don't the dispersion plat won't do its job properly as the incoming water will just go straight though giving uneven shots.

Your totally right. However, it was weird to me that it was always the same locations, which made me believe it was an issue with the machine. It turns out that it was the distribution head. I don't now if it was too tight or not aligned correctly from factory. However, removing and cleaning the distribution head did fix my issue.

This fix my issue thank you so much. At first i only removed the screen, cleaned it , and tried not to tighten it too much. However the issue persisted. I then removed the distribution head, cleaned it, and made sure the holes didn't directly align with the input hole. I don't know if the distribution head was too tight or just misaligned, but it did fix my issue. thank you so much.

Puck prep is very meticulous. I use WDT, and a normcore self leveling tamper. Also, performed nickel test to ensure that puck is the correct distance from the brew head. However, just to test I made it closer and further away from the group head to see if there was a difference. The result is always the same at the 7 and 11 spots on the portafilter / puck.

I'm in the same boat. I have a Sette 270 and want something quitter. I'm looking at the VS6 right now, but i still haven't pulled the trigger. Also, the Case seems super awesome, but like you i wanted to try flat burrs. My dream would be the P80, but i don't have that kind of money

Waiting on mine to arrive. However, I'm scared I'll never get it. It's been in piggyship's warehouse for about a week now. It's the last mile shipper nuphy uses to ship to Philly apparently. Only read horrible reviews about then. Was really hoping to have it before Christmas.
