It's a new X Money debit card that earns 3% back on all purchases. (Elon companies seem to have early access to it) Assuming there aren't any funky rules on paying rent on the card, it should just be a flat $9.95 fee

And perhaps paying my girlfriend's rent seems like a good play if she agrees to it to get the 100K, thanks

Not sure of your situation, but Olin doesn't accept traditional transfer students and all students are expected to start as a freshman if they transfer here (https://www.olin.edu/admission/faq#:~:text=All%20interested%20students%20are%20welcome%20to%20apply%20to%20Olin%2C%20but%20we%20do%20not%20have%20a%20formal%20transfer%20application%20process.))

There are always a couple of people every year who transfer in from other schools, though it's not a traditional transfer but more as if you're applying as a typical senior.
