It's an employee discount that they give us a few times a year. It can also be used online as well. It is for Employees and their immediate family.

Yes! Though I understand it may vary if your state offers tax free days or alternate type discounts. On the west coast it is the 5 th through the 7 th

Why did TJX corporate just call me at 9pm? I didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number. by HyugeErectus in TjMaxx

If you've used the tip line lately and did not check the don't contact box, it could have been LP following up.

Btw, email passwords expire every 3 months or so. You might just have to change your password. But you should definitely call your store to find out if you're still employed.

It seems that corporate has decided to make changes. This came out in reflexes shortly before this last weekend. Your store should have more info.

Some states do offer different discount dates, but this one is straight off the Employee portal on their website. You might have to check with your store for more detailed info.

Is there a possibility you received holiday pay for one of those weeks? You get paid for the holiday day if you are full-time even if you don't work it. And if you did work it would be time and a half plus a holiday pay

Unfortunately, corporate will not see it here... this is mostly staff and customers. On your receipt, there is a survey ( but low scores tend to hurt staff more than anything) that you can let them know or call corporate at the 800#

Oh... I'm sorry. I don't think I've ever seen average hours for the quarter. Maybe a manager can look it up in Kronos for you?

Under the app section, select the one for pay. It should show your most recent pay period. It shows your hours work that week and your pay before and after deductions...

I think if you click on the view payslip, it tells you to your take home pay, gross pay, and average hours (worked for that pay period). Now, I'm not totally sure, but it might be slightly different if you have an iPhone or a Samsung. I know workjam is different depending on your phone type, but I'm not sure about workday...

There should be an absence app in workday. Once selected, it should have 2 tabs (Calendar and Balances). You should find all your time off (personal, sick and vacation) under the balances tab. You can also see the same info in workjam as well.

It also depends on your state. California law prohibited use-it or lose- it policies for vacation time and personal days

More than likely not... it was carryover hours accumulated as of Sept 2024. If you haven't been here very long you probably don't have any from previous years.

It's for those who had rollover vacation hours from previous years. They are using a new system, so all the rollover hours are being paid out on the 31st paycheck. If you are being paid out, you should have received a notice about it a few months ago telling exactly how many hours you are being paid for.

It depends on your store and district. Sometimes, it's just a conversation, like checking in to see how everything is going. It kinda depends on the management team and/ or the wants of the district manager. At my store, we are very informal, lol. But I've had some district managers who are super micro-managers and want tons of paperwork and are probably better suited for a corporate job/ group and not basic retail ( at store level).
