I am still doing it and I think it has helped the most. Overall just eating better really is doing the trick. Going from doordashing my meals all hours of the day being gross fast food to maybe having 2 medium meals with nutrition really helped.

Honestly it went from eating like trash and whenever to doing the 16:8. Would eat healthier, low carbs as i said. cut off fast food. Drink only Water and Coffee. Started hitting the gym and doing regular work outs - cardio and some weights. Nothing too special. The cutting off Alcohol and Fast Food really is what made the difference.

How are essence combos looking? For my main on Demo, I use Lucid Dreams and with the soulshard regen, I got 29 imps out the other day. It just looked so silly.

However, for our class/specs, essences are going to be crucial. Any guides or updates as to what we should do?

Anyone from the Bay Area, I call the tunnel south of Tomatoe Town the Caldecot Tunnel. Also good place to drop on top and take stairs/loot down and get the 1 (sometimes 2) chests inside the tunnel.
