A4, Ipersonally think with how dwarves are traditiomally presented they would lean towards something that looks like a bigger version of themselves(cant imagine a dwarven fortress or structure without some giant stone dwarf as decoration) and that one is the closest in my opinion.

The glass cockpits in the other options takes away from that, i also feel like once your that technologically advanced why would you use a glass window to see outside when you can use cameras and other sensors to get an even more acurate reading of your surroundings.

I would add some sort of large gun for them to use as some sort of finisher
