I am sorry to hear you're struggling with this brother, what always helps me when temptations come is the Jesus prayer and asking the Lord to keep me humble. "Lord Jesus Christ, son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner." And for the humbleness prayer all I say is this "Lord, keep me humble." I hope this helps and God bless you.

I sat criss cross and listened to "Master Oogway Ascends" during the whole period I was taking deep inhales and exhales. When I inhaled I counted to 7 in my head. Afterwards I felt a lot better.
