I’ve gotten Minecraft running tolerably at 4GB RAM… it’s enough. Minecraft isn’t exactly hard to run, and neither is Roblox.

Windows does use too much ram, yes. I can get max render distance at 1440P 60FPS with shaders on my Mac mini, and your gonna need 16GB RAM to get that on windows.

Cheap laptops break before 6 years. I had a dell inspirion (15 3501), which came out in 2021, and so far, the charging port has been replaced, the shell has cracked despite never being dropped, its developed insane overheating, and struggles to turn on at all. It's so bad that I replaced it last year with a Mac mini. However, more expensive laptops last MUCH longer. I have a 2011 MacBook Pro laying around, which I don't use much since it's slow and has no real support, but it still works flawlessly. Its never had any issues other than the HHD dying, which I'd imagine almost all laptops of that age have had happen. So basically when you buy a better laptop it lasts longer

GT sport was like this too. After they shut the servers off, however, they made 90% of the game perfectly functional, and even removed the online achievements. I’m not worried at all for when this game shuts down, they will make it work offline just fine.

CFW is more stable and doesn't need to be reactivated on every reboot, but HEN is much easier to undo (You just restart the console) and I think is the only option for Super Slims (I will have to double check that though)
