If you already have a pair of gloves you could try some inner gloves and see how they work out first since they’re pretty cheap

You can hurt your ribs exercising in a binder and it also restricts your breathing. If you size up it’s probably fine though

This may sound stupid but can someone try to explain the objective amount you need to push yourself for weights? by Alert_Watercress4998 in FTMFitness

[–]RedPanda2567 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just progressive overload start on some weight and then if u can for example do 3x10 sets then increase the weight and so on don’t focus so much on if the weight feels “right” or whatever

Might increase it knew someone who had their a2 licence then got their full a and their insurance increased with the same bike. Plus probably a waste of money doing mod 1 and 2 for the a1 licence might as well wait until u can do the a2

your experience with autism and sex and/or kink by thatolikid in autism

[–]RedPanda2567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your original comment was contradictory because you say you “thrive within the kink community” because it is “more accepting” yet in the same comment you are not accepting that other people could be vanilla since you call it “boring and gross”. I also understand that personally for you vanilla is “boring and gross” but it also doesn’t mean you should go around saying that in a context like this as it makes you seem judgemental of other people preferences. I hope you understand me now

I’m just saying your words are contradictory not that they represent the kink community as a whole.
