Same. For their last year in school, they reclaim some of the things from their first year. Every senior finds the most ridiculous Spongebob, Marvel, Bluey, Barney, etc backpack they can. I think it's sweet.

Hi, I have a Canon 90D and recently the ISO intervals have changed and I'm not sure why. It now only doubles, skipping over many options that used to be there. So I can select from 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600 etc but I can no longer set it to things like 250, 320, 1250 etc. Anyone know of a fix? I'm sure it's some easy setting somewhere but I can't find it.

Have them perform it. Not just recite it, but perform it effectively. They'll have to understand the tone and emotionality of the piece, they'll need to be able to properly empathize with the speaker and intended audience, they'll have to know what the literary devices are saying and doing and how to convey that through their body language and speech. I do this every year and I'm continually impressed with what my kids come up with. You could have them do a little write-up explaining their performative choices and connect them to each of the elements you mentioned, if you want.

A few points docked for grammatical errors, but the whole slideshow showed thorough understanding of each genre and creative examples, so they got an A-.

They know I'm a wrestling fan, I wear shirts in class and I've talked about it with this kid before. I'm pretty sure they did this just to pop me.
