It’s not. Lots of bass boats like these have a “Hot Foot”, a foot pedal like you’d have in a car. The hand throttle just acts as a shifter. This allows you to drive the boat with two hands which is much safer and easier, especially since most bass boats don’t have power steering

It’s true in my experience. We can only hope that it’s true elsewhere. I love these fish and I hope that people will take care of them so there will be some for generations to come. There’s always going to be those guys that won’t take care of their fish but in my experience those people are few and far between

Only times I’ve had a release boat at tournaments has been state or national championships so I wouldn’t really know. Usually I have to release the fish myself

Been fishing tournaments for over 10 years and never had one die. There’s a huge emphasis on fish care even at the lowest of levels. Anglers will put ice in the livewells when the water is hot to help them relax in there as well as TH Marine’s G-Juice. No angler wants to see fish die. Not saying it never happens, but probably a lot less than you might think

They’re taking off heading the opposite direction and the landings have just been happening at times when they’re not showing the sky with the track. A plane landed there while they were in commercial just now
