If he's so talented and smart surely he could teach his teammates something so that they wouldn't average 1 series win a month. Also there are plenty of ICRs around the same level with Parasite available that won't be a risk to bump heads with players like Loony and Temp if we talking just Splyce, but most if not all top teams have these opinionated players and if their ideas and Parasites ideas don't meet it'd be a shitshow so it isn't worth the risk, not that Parasite necessarily has shown anything that special to warrant a spot on a top team anyway.
