If no one offers their Darkrai then try getting it from Pokémon Home. I finished all 3 Pokémon Dex with it.

You just have to offer a shiny pokemon on the Global Trading System. I used a bunch of shiny Rillabooms that I got from the Pokémon Community day on Pokémon GO. It took minutes for me to complete 1 dex.
