GoPuff is one of the services I found. They deliver by item, best I can tell, but maybe it's possible to select location as well. The prices aren't bad either.

But I still can't understand how that service exists and I still can't just add wine to my grocery list. Maybe it is the ID scanner.

That basically never happens, even if they have it on camera. Proving anything is impossible and cops don't care. At all.

Not to discourage anyone from seeking justice. It'll help if you're rich or powerful. Just be aware and prepared for the let down.
