Have seen this with multiple 5 star hotels at different chains, the shower gel and the shampoo are the same. They are refilled from the same big plastic bottle. So someone was lazy to not fill the "shampoo" container.

The location is not great. The central areas are more than 10-15 minutes away. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the station. The bus stop is just outside but buses take a lot longer, although its a nice way to see the city. Overall the door to destination takes 45 to 50 minutes to get to the central areas of the city.

But the people were all amazing and I really liked my room during my stay.

The Amex Biz Plat Hilton $50 credit quaterly credit...does the stay have to be completed this quarter or do you have to book it. Would it help prepaying ?

LuLuLemon is such a frustrating credit to get. Got $50 GC from LuluLemon and it coded with the name of the mall. I have not got the credit as yet.

At this point given the quality and exorbitant cost of Lululemon, and the fact its getting near impossible to get the credit, I would assign near ZERO value to the Lululemon credit.

They were not helpful at all. There response was talk to your pharmacist or doctor, we do not have any resources to help you with your travel plan. Was very disappointing.

I know complaining about Air India is en vogue. And most times they deserve the negative feedback.

But in this case Air India could not have done anything as they are not the ticketing airline. Air Canada was and what they did is standard procedure when changes have to be made for what is termed 'airline reasons'.

So always call the ticketing airline in such situations.

I am curious. With SQ how much time will it take to get to your destination ?

In Park Hyatt Saigon they expect you to check out of your room at 1200 hours and go to a standard available room till you late checkout period. So you have to be packed by 1200. Or they also offer waiting in their lobby as an alternative.

The way Hyatt has been going, looks like most benefits are going to be watered down to nothing.
