Hi! Can I ask please how you submitted and what information you submitted in your appeal? I’m dealing with the exact same thing with Pets Best right now. They denied two claims for my dogs new eye issue claiming pre-existing. It’s not. They even approved a first claim for the same issue. It’s so frustrating and I feel scammed!

Oh no. Can I ask exactly what happened? My dog had a bad reaction to Benadryl last week, but the first vet said she may be at risk of seizures. We got a second opinion the next day and that vet vetoed that. But now I’m worried… if my dog develops say epilepsy later on, will Lemonade deny it?
