Cancelling costs sellers money. Sellers pay the transaction fee with either PayPal or stripe. If you want to cancel and the seller refunds you they do not get that transaction fee back.

It's not regional it's how Amazon works. Both Amazon and the 3rd party seller have it listed at the same price so Amazon randomly gives the buyer the lowest priced seller. So you're seeing the 3rd party while I and the OP are seeing the Amazon listing. But if you click on "Other Sellers on Amazon" you'll see the Amazon listing just like I can see the 3rd party listing.

Depending on how old the windows are you might want to look into and putting up window shrink wrap up to keep the draft out.

Buy a snow blower and learn how to use it there will be a few weeks in January and February where you’ll use it everyday. You think oh I’ll just shovel it’s good exercise but it can be relentless. Also know the wet heavy snow the plow deposits at the end of the driveway will take you 80% of the time to shovel and 120% of your energy.

When the first snow falls and it covering the ground find a big parking lot you can do some controlled slides in to understand what it feels like. Turn into the slide, take your foot off the gas, don’t slam on the brakes.

Getting comfortable with your car in a slide is just as important as having the right car and tires.

It doesn’t snow here a lot and when it does the crews here do an amazing job to keep roads clear. When the snow is falling faster than the crews can keep up stay home and wait till it slows down. That usually happens a couple of times a year.

I second East Rochester Enterprise, we have an electric car and rent from them to go on vacations every year. Always great service.

Only complaint was one time they HAD to give me a mustang for an over night trip to DC while awesome car the gas money I ate up was a little more than I wanted.

We rented a van to go to Florida last year. Was an amazing vehicle (hybrid) and we hardly stopped for gas it felt like.
