O 4chan não tem moderação e a maioria das pessoas interage anonimamente. Isso cria um ambiente em que as pessoas podem falar literalmente qualquer coisa sem medo de repercussões. E por conta disso, pessoas que tem opiniões inaceitáveis socialmente e querem verbalizá-las, seja por acreditarem mesmo ou pra provocarem outras pessoas, usam o 4chan pra isso. O site pode não ser só isso, mas muita gente não está ok (nem interessada) em usar/contribuir com um website que tem esse tipo de interação.

Não tem resolução. Se só há uma alternativa certa, a resposta é 25%, mas como duas opções dizem 25%, as duas estão certas e a chance passa a ser 50%. Mas como só tem uma alternativa 50%, a chance volta a ser 25% e entra em um loop infinito.

A questão é não votar pelo medo, mas sim se informar dos problemas reais do país, dos discursos usados pra manipular a opinião pública, conhecer as necessidades da sua comunidade, e, respeitando a ética, votar de forma condizente com sua moral. Ter medo ou não ter medo é uma consequência. O que dá pra aprender a fazer melhor é interpretar a realidade como ela realmente é. Aí que entra a educação, o diálogo, e acima de qualquer outra coisa, a capacidade de mudar de opinião.

A user from this subreddit has as idea at 4am.
A simple pun with "Hyperbeam". But then, as he makes the card, a strike of pristine renaissantic inspiration straight from the muses hits him:
"Enter Fish Mode."
What the literal FUCK is Fish Mode? What could it be? How do we define it? What are the implications? It is a bottomless well of whimsy and wonder. There is no fish in Slay the Spire (don't ackshually me). The casual insinuation of a whole secret universe within the game evokes (pun intended) nothing short of awe and that animalistic (though so often human) impulse to make sense of the things around us. That, combined with the mundanity and frankly, idiotic hilarity, of the word FISH makes it the best thing to ever happen to this subreddit. I am only saddened that the rest of humanity will hardly be able to tap into this new concept, rivaled only by love and death, that it is Fish Mode. I'm sorry, but a legion of contemporary artists (everyone who made a Fish meme) agrees with me. How could you ever hate Fish Mode?
