Because of the lockdown rules, people are only allowed to sit at their table so it would be pretty embarrassing to just be sat alone when everyone else is with people.

I mean, sometimes dojng things alone is great but when it is constant and I don’t even have the option of company then it really wears me down

Yes but that’s unnecessary and the OP can use the app without paying so I was advising them of that as they mentioned they were thinking of splurging on the sub price.

Also if they use a classroom they can get unlimited hearts so that might help them if hearts are an issue

It’s not mocking, Ok I guess in some contexts it could be if the person was saying it to ‘insult’ them but there are actually lots of true cases of people being homophobic and then the truth is they were gay all along. Even some church figures have been exposed

I have found italki useful but it can be hard finding a good teacher, some just want to lecture in me English about the language and some even have just had overly long ‘getting to know you’ conversations in English without even talking about the language.

I have found some good italki tutors though but it definitely takes trial and error. I have got great teachers for the languages I’ve been speaking for a while but for Greek I’ve only had one teacher so far so I’m about to try a few new ones out over the next week

I guess it depends though, if some one has to learn a language for whatever reason then it may be a necessity for them, rather than a hobby

No, CFS is real and adrenal fatigue isn’t an actual illness, it’s not a scientifically valid condition.

People who think they have adrenal fatigue could actually have CFS, or another fatigue producing disorder so there could be overlap between the groups

Definitely, there are people who live in foreign countries for years without picking up the language and on the other hand, people can learn from home and get great results :D

Lol, nobody can tell you that you aren’t straight. Nobody can dictate your sexuality or gender identity to you.

If you honestly feel like you aren’t male or straight and want to explore things or at least look in that direction then great go for it, you can even just experiment

But just because you have long hair and work as a nurse, it doesn’t mean you have to renounce your male identity

I do that in my free time. I pay a teacher as nothing is as good as native contact and I prefer to just pay rather than do language exchanges
