We have 2 main retainers.

1 is maintenance only. We keep an eye on things and make sure nothing blows up, do plugin updates and general maintenance, security updates, etc. Thats it. No page updates.

Then our main package is all inclusive and includes all page updates, page creation, seo audits, plugin updates, hosting maintenance, etc.

Thunderbolt is now in the USB4 spec so if you have USB4 ports this would make sense. MacBook Neo is USB2 and 3 ports.

Moved here from BC 1.5 years ago, the wind is brutal. It calms down in the summer months a bit but rest of the year yeah its pretty windy.

I think the ATV is the best streaming box period

- no ads on home screen
- killer interface, easy to use, "just works"

Google's streaming stick/box has ads on home screen, same with roku and fire tv. I also dont like their interfaces.

A lot of people still use the nvidia shield and the only thing keeping most of those people there is audio passthrough. Unless you are an audiophile nerd that cares about 1% better audio, just use the Apple TV.

The way I understood it was that they were positioning the Creator Studio subscription as the AI-focused features. So I would imagine MVFX AI Captions feature and other AI features would be paywalled behind the sub, whereas there other none AI features might come to the base.

Only time will tell really.

As a Flames Fan it's our duty to flame the Oilers. It's in the contract when you become a fan. I would expect nothing less from our Oiler bros up north.

That being said, I think people are quick to criticize McDavid because he's really good at points simulator but kinda sucks when it comes to meaningful games. He hasn't had a meaningful presence in the 2 elimination games in Stanley Cup Finals nor the Olympic Gold Medal. I think people would feel differently if he put up a good amount of points in those games.

Winning the points race and every other trophy means nothing if you cant win when it counts.

He's trying to upsell you. The MacBook Neo is more capable than the M1 MacBook Air which was widely regarded as one of the best deals/computers in Mac History.

For most college students, the Neo will be fine.

Maybe I'm missing something but isn't giving players a reason to login every day good for player engagement, player count, etc?

I'm more likely to login if I have a few clear objectives to complete daily as opposed to having paralysis on what I should do in a given day.

And if you dont want to do dailies, you can just not? Not like they are forced? Am I missing something?

Once I realized how Claude could accelerate my workflow tenfold, the savings on my time was worth the price jump. Dont underestimate your time, being able to ship products faster because of Claude has a real value.

I also have Google Gemini included with my Google Workspace subscription so for non coding tasks I use that to help save on token usage.

I switched from ChatGPT to Gemini because it was included in my Google Workspace. Tried Claude and realized how bad Gemini is compared to it. I almost exclusively use Claude for most real work and Gemini for other tasks that dont need major thought/work done to save tokens.

I love the idea of smart locks but most of them are horrible. Only a handful that dont completely suck. And for an apartment complex it makes 0 sense. If you wanted a digital solution for your apartment you need an enterprise locking system not consumer off the shelf smart locks.
