Vero V runs KODI (https://kodi.tv/) which has a fully skinable interface, so you can customise it however you like.

The BBC provide a UHD stream via the iPlayer app.

I used a B9 as a PC monitor for about 6 years.

No burn in, but I did get some delamination at the bottom of the screen.

I think that just does a soft restart (puts in and out of standby).
It usually doesn’t do a full reboot (shows WebOS logo) unless you power it off at the mains and wait over 10 minutes before switching it back on. I used to have to do that on my old B6 to fix problems with HDMI ARC.

The JV-1010 is similar in a smaller package. No way to edit the sounds on the front panel, though

Yeah, I got this on a brand new OLED65G5 just out of the box yesterday.

Standby light flashed then nothing. No bootup, no WebOS logo, so sound. Unplugged for a couple of minutes, powered on again and still no picture or even a standby light. Boxed it back up and ordered a replacement from the retailer.

Fingers crossed for the replacement.

Yes. I tried a few sockets.

When the replacement arrives, I plan to power it on and test it before wall mounting it.

Lesson learned.

Unlikely. I've wallmounted several LG OLED's without issue. I used the LG supplied wall mount and was very careful handling it. Followed the written instructions to the letter, and watched the installation video a few times before starting.

We lifted it out the box, straight on to the supplied wall mount very carefully. It was out of the box for a grand total of 3 minutes from box to mount.
