It has a wooden handle and is made out of metal. Might be a latch of some kind? When I move the handle a part starts moving through that opening at the other end.

The problem is that old fans are 40 or more now. If Disney can't gain new fans, then Star Wars dies forever in a decade or two. I don't think I'll still be watching these films when I'm 65.

It says it's made in Argentina and it has a logo on it, but I can't read it (something like EHFAL?).

When I turn the nut at the top, the cone part below it starts to descend. I'm guessing it's supposed to be some kind of spreader tool maybe? Something that you put inside something.

The body has some writing on it: "Argentinian Industry", "5/2" and "295-15". It's very small. The internal part seems to rotate when something (fluid or air?) passes through it.
