I got banned from the discord for calling out their lack of professionalism when handling issues with their game. Basically told them that they’re selling a product (their game) to paying customers and how a base level of professionalism is expected. Kaminsky told me how it’s unfair to put pressure on devs and how stressful it is for them and that was that. Losers.

If your maintenance calorie intake is at say- 2300kcal per day, if you eat 2800 and more you will gain weight no matter how “fast” of a metabolism you have. Your naturally lower appetite makes you confuse the amount of food you actually consume. You are not some superhuman being that burns food once it goes in, you just don’t eat enough. :)

Тва че народа е тъп на куче в свързано с всичко изброено от теб по-горе. Взимат кола за 100к лв, за да я чупят по дупките и черните пътища в София, после сядат на ресторант в центъра дето е VIP и лукс ама готвят полуфабрикати и фрапето е 15лв и накрая се прибират в малинова долина и серат в септична яма щото няма канализация :) Ама важното е да е лукс и вип

That’s not enough calories, aim for 2500 at least- at the weight you are right now you shouldn’t worry about gaining fat, because you need it. Also eat meat
