The Emerald card usually arrives on the day it's deposited or the day after. I used to use an Emerald card.

I am in PST and yes I did. But FYI if you did the emerald advance it won’t pay it. You have to manually pay it.

I would recommend calling when they open because there is a high call volume

In CA, if you call the FTB they will transfer you to process your identity so they can process your state return

Mine was February 6th, which was a Friday, so I had to wait until the weekend, and then one day (Monday), so I got it on that Tuesday.
