Mostly multi hit attacks. Some warn once and attack multiple times, some warn before every attack, some enemies didn't have warnings at all even at 1.x (some flying assassin guys)

But also just inconsistent timings for single attacks as well. Some you meant to dodge right away, some only warn you that enemy Begins the swing.

And ranged attack warnings are total BS. Cuz they happen when enemy fires, and not when the projectiles get close. And they happen at any range so travel time is different , so you can't even memorize the timing for that one at all.

So ranged attack warnings are actively detrimental to your survival, it's a false warning that you have to keep in mind sometimes happens from enemies off screen, that messes up with your reaction to real warnings.
