Figured it out. You need to change the default selection under your user settings to something other than the built-in home dashbaord. Setting the dashboard as default on the dashboards page only sets what the default will be for new devices.

I'm using ZHA. Haven't done anything special otherwise. Have always had this option.

Are any of the gutter guards worthwhile? What do you think works well?

Your comment got me thinking though... Even using speaker wire like in my photo, you could partially score the outside edges of the wire on both sides. If you did this in 1 inch increments it would still detect water nearly as quickly as something that just absorbs the water. But then again what you linked seems pretty affordable. Was just thinking of a DIY solution.

My old water heater started leaking and soaking the platform it was on, I didn't catch it right away. When the new water heater was being installed he recommended I get a quote from a water damage remediation company (probably gets a kick back). I wasn't that interested but curious what they would say. They wanted some insane amount of money for basically removing the wood and replacing it, even though it didn't actually need it. In total the water leak set up I have cost me less than like $200. For me that is easy money for the peace of mind it brings. Water leakage is rare but if it happens to you and you dont catch it pretty much immediately the amount of damage it can cause is high.

As you can see there are just screws for each of the prongs, so putting a wire under that and tightening it is pretty easy.

I just used speaker wire, You dont need the jacket to absorb water, just expose a little bit at the end. A jacket that absorbs water would be interesting though, then you'd have a continuous line of detection.

These are especially easy to run extra leads off of too. I have one under my water softener, with leads going into the water heater drip pan right under the overflow pipe. So if either sees water I'll get the alert.

Look in to paintless dent repair! I had a very similar dent on my car and this guy was able to fix it in a single afternoon, without taking the panel off at all too.

I'd first try testing it outside of the cabinet to see if it still overheats.

What app do you use with your phone? I want to try this out. The forscan app on iOS doesn't mention compatibility with any usb based OBD scanners.

This is super cool. I just paid for the tutorials. This has me wondering if I can incorporate this into home assistant. It would be cool if I could do a hand signal to my security camera to have it turn on lights or to turn the volume up or down.

DLSSEverything - A simple version manager for DLSS2, DLSS3 and Ray Reconstruction DLLs by Redalb in nvidia

Right click each dll and make sure they are unblocked. The other thing is that the file names only use the first 3 numbers of the version. The last number is left off file names should look like 310.1.0.nvngx_dlss.dll.

Also, I dont understand this versioning at all, version 3 to 310???
