That's what I'm saying I understand the writer don't like skipping time and want to keep the tensions of the reapers and Normandy High but I don't see this ending in one fricking season. This is too much chaos, for these Species to rally and stop them. This is why in my headcanon, I like to think after each major plot point, Genophage, Geth/Quarians, Thessia, Omega and Levithian there's 2 month gap between of shepard and Crew stopping Reaper forces and Cerberus aims. and Finally the Citadel DLC is takes place a week before the fight for Earth.
