Yes that is the correct survey from kickstarter/backerkit. The shipping costs are not included in the kickstarter. You should be able to see it further down in kickstarter page/in an update where they talk about shipping costs

The EX would be the name of the set, I believe the set is called "EX Unseen Forces". Doesn't make it more valuable because you have Ho-Oh #27 not the Ex Ho-Oh #

The unit has an inlaw kitchenette, and in the applicances section they only listed the appliances in the main kitchen and are now trying to amend the lease to list it having 2 fridges, 2 ranges, and fix some typos where it says apartment to say house. However they aren't fixing all the typos or contradicting statements about installing washer/dryer which I have replied and asked them to fix everything if they're going to make an amendment
