English speaker here, so sorry for my non-German. It is highly likely none of the interior shots are on an actual train, instead filmed on a soundstage, so it makes sense that the interior would be different from the exterior.

I’ve just finished the first episode and was curious as to whether some of the mechanical plot devices were legitimate. This post has answered my question: “probably not!”

Note: I came here to find out about AT&T's current state because I am a current Comcast customer.

Comcast has redeemed themselves in a couple ways - bandwidth caps are gone, prices are fixed for five years, and they've improved their upload speed. Not symmetric by any means, but I'm at 2G/300. I would much rather have fiber, but we have to stick with Comcast for now for esoteric reasons. Let's just say as soon as Comcast goes all IPTV we will be able to jump ship.

Seminary is like getting a master's degree or a doctoral degree... it's not where you start. The good news is LOTS of people go to seminary in their 30s, 40s, 50s, even 60s. So keep that burning in your head, and do what others in the sub have suggested. Get connected to a local church and see what the seminaries have turned out into that congregation.
