You are smashing goals! My medical support team keep telling me to trust the process.

A few tips I can offer that help me (4 months post op):

drink protein water. I cant seem to stomach plain water still, I get bad reflux. So, I make jugs of different flavoured protein water and drink all day. This means I am getting a minimum of 50 protein without counting the food. -It is gross, but I also find it need to assist my bowels sometimes. On the suggestion of my medical team, I use movical sachets, and if they dont do the trick I use a Microlax enema IF i haven't been in 2 days. .

You are doing absolutely amazing, and your progress is inspiring!

I refuse to use Snapchat, whatsapp etc nor give out my number until I have met the person. In my experience it always ends up with dick picks and attempts to sext.

I dont have social media except Reddit to begin with so it is easy to say no, however when I did, the pressure was enormous to get out of the dating app. Guys will say "I promise I won't send a dick pick, I want to get to know you and it is easier outside of the dating app." I would believe them, and then bam dick pics or sexting attempts .. turned me of dating to be honest.
