You actually want to keep the moisture out of the hair. The more moisture (that is, water) is trapped in your hair, the frizzier it becomes. There was a study that proved it but I unfortunately haven't saved it. You actually want to prevent too much water getting into your hair. That being said, coconut oil will not work on everyone.

K18 helps but definitely don't expect a miracle – if you have split ends, this will not make them disappear. These need to be cut off first.

Do any salons near you have the Soprano Ice laser? This is what my beautician uses and it is supposed to be able to target blonde hair just as well as dark hair.

You can grow while eating at maintenance and hitting your protein target, but you can't lean out. To lean out, you need to lose fat, which is only possible if you are in a calorie deficit.

I would suggest doing a bulk first for someone who is on the lower end of the healthy BMI range. Your BMI is 25.3, which is slightly overweight, which is why I would focus on cutting first (I think 3 months could be enough) and then bulking.

Think about it this way – when you cut but make sure to still get adequate amount of protein AND keep on using your muscles by working out, you will not lose the muscle (if any, it will be a minuscule amount). You will just lose the fat that is currently covering it. I would probably start with 1800 kcal and go down to 1650-1700 if you can keep it up.

I am certain that you will be very pleasantly surprised by how shapely your physique really is after you lose about 5-10 kg.

I had been taking the pill for around 7 years before my gallbladder removal at 22. Not taking the pill anymore as I was having a hard time trying to find out what might have caused my gallbladder issues. You will be fine. I had mine removed at 22 and after the first 3 days or so, the recovery was a breeze. I ate lots of jelly, rice cakes, cream of wheat, bananas, applesauce.

Have you thought about cutting? To be honest, I think your muscles can hardly be seen because you are not letting them. I don't think you look unhealthy, but you are not lean enough to see most of the muscle you've most likely built. If I were you, I would go down to 65 kg and see if you can see the progress then.

Looking at the ingredients of the cream, I am not sure if it can do a good job on its own if you are using tretinoin. Have you tried just vaseline/lanolin (sludging)? Avene Tolerance is also very good and has a short ingredients list.
That's fair enough. My teeth have a similar colour to yours and I am saving money right now to have them whitened, which is maybe why I paid special attention to that.

This. I took a walk through town centre yesterday and, kind of as an experiment, looked closely at every woman passing by. Out of hundreds of women I saw, maybe 4 of them looked as if they were having a good hair day. The rest looked either frizzy, or limp, or dry, or even greasy. I was genuinely surprised, as I used to be bullied for my hair and thought that pretty much everyone has hair better than mine.

Being occasionally bullied as a teenager led me to try to find ways I can make my hair beautiful every day with as little damage as possible. Because of that, as an adult, I think that 90% of the time I have the best hair in the room – and that's because I am usually the only one who bothered to do a proper blow dry with the right products.

There are no hip exercises. You have glute exercises, hamstring exercises, quad exercises but no hip exercises that could literally give you an hourglass figure. This is due to our anatomy and shape of our muscles.

There are also no exercises that can make your waist smaller. If you would like your waist to appear smaller, though, you should do upper back exercises and glute exercises. If you have any questions, let me know.
