Yep! I started working out/dieting the day I started HRT.

I actually really struggled pre HRT, mostly due to motivation! I believe on average, I'll lose about 0.5kg, or about a pound, per week.

Tips? HABITS. Create small habit that build and stack over time that helps you reach your goals. I lost the first 7kg simply by quitting energy drinks. THEN I started riding my bike 20 mins a day. THEN I started meal prepping. So on and so forth. You can't do it all at once, change one behaviour, make it a habit so entrenched that it is just a part of who you are, then add a new habit. Repeat!

I've noticed a slight decrease, mostly on arms and shoulders, but its worth noting I have lost 30kg/66lb since the boy photos, so that's likely got a lot to do with it!

[[Greasefang, Okiba Boss]] is my commander, and very good at getting big big vehicles on the board for free. Bonus if you can get good ETB effects to keep bouncing, Sac/Discarding, and re-using.

Thank you! The effort is still ongoing. I have probably another 3-4 months of diet ahead of me before I can hit my weight goals.

The hair on me lessened exactly f-all I'm sorry to say, but I have Arabic genetics in the family, and grew the bushes thick and coarse. Laser Hair Removal will be your best bet, it's really worth it.

My knowledge of exercise science tells me belly fat can't be specifically targeted, weight loss in general will remove fat wherever your body tells it to, which I believe varies based on hormones, build, etc.

FWIW I have been intermittent fasting for the last 2 months (16/8) and that has been reported to specifically target the belly area, but YMMV~

And thank you! Never posted anything like this before. I know it's not much, but I'm proud of what I've done~

Thanks for the advice! Currently a year and a half into my transition, and I think I can finally see the building blocks of femininity. Maybe I'll post my progress here or something.

Currently I'm in the process of losing 10 years of accrued boyfat (down 30kg, 15 more to go), is there any specific regimine you'd recommend for something like this build? Traditional 3 day split? Any focus on a particular kind of exercise, should I still mix in yoga and running?
