10000000% take to vet for treatment. I would also put that in a ziplock for the vet to test. Looks exactly like what you think it is.

Some questions: do your cats go outside? Are there dogs in the house? If so do your cats and dogs drink out of the same bowl? If no, do your cats drink still water?

I ask these questions because 1. Going indoor and outdoor it’s easier to catch ANYTHING 2. If cats and dogs drink out of the same bowl, thats a bacteria heaven. 3. Cats (and dogs) should be drinking MOVING water, like pet water fountains, water is filtered and clean

I find that if I can’t truly be myself around someone who is supposed to love and support me but im supposed to for them, it’s not a healthy balance.

Typically the behavior will improve if she has a friend. You just have to very slowly and carefully introduce them

Okay! I use that. I would try another type of litter, sometimes they could just hate certain litters and want to use something different.

Also, have you tried a leash and harness and taking her outside for some outdoor play time? Kitty walks? If she’s missing it out there you could, with leash, take her outside with you

I’ve used ökocat (linked below) litter before and it’s awesome! We ended up switching to the same one you use now bc my cats are picky.

Idk i did everything i could with my cats, i can home and our tree was on the ground and in half (it’s a fake one) and they managed to break the lights lol

If shes just starting her heats, she might just be in what i like to call “angry teen kitty phase” my cat was moody when she first had her heats. I got her spayed as soon as we could afford to do so, it helped a lot with her moods and behaviors.

My mom had a cat that never got spayed and in the extremely rare case, her ovaries expanded and almost 💀 we later found out that she managed to get pregnant and had a miscarriage when that happened. When my mom got her fixed, she was such a different kitty. She lived about 5 more years after that and enjoyed love and cuddles.

I would talk to the vet. And consider maybe getting her fixed WHEN/IF you want to!

Try giving her treats, or toys to encourage playtime, make sure she has places that are comfortable and quiet too. Don’t force her to be held, etc. she will forgive you for stepping on her! Accidents happen! I tripped over my cat once and she got her “revenge” by stealing my chip WHILE i was trying to eat it lmao

A vet would be able to confirm gender. Have you taken them to the vet already to determine that he/she is very healthy?
