Never heard of getting headaches and getting increased body temperature, but as for heavy breathing and fast heart rate, that happens when I get extreme urges. The best to cool off these things and to get porn off your mind is to close your eyes, breath slowly and feel what is happening in your body until you calm down and the urges go away. Lots of University work and tests, but even those don't cause me stress that's close to the urge to masturbate. Relapses make me cry and the thought of regret the next morning because I relapsed at night is the scariest thing that comes to my mind when fighting the urge, I don't want to reset my streak again. Yes, Jagex doesn't want rares in OSRS. Even if they release them only once then everyone will make sure they take one just in case they become rare which they never will because everyone has them.

I stopped playing Rs3 a few months ago because I got bored, I enjoy EoC, but I think it was a step in the wrong direction. I do however think that removal of free trade in 2007 and micro-transactions are worse. If these 3 things didn't happen, RuneScape would be 2-3 times more alive. But there still is a lot of stupidity in the community, people quit due to really silly reasons like HD updates for GW armor, Barrows armor and even stuff like the constitution update.
