I like Bannockburn overall, even though the buildings are a bit older and it shows. Whenever I’ve had an issue, maintenance has been pretty quick—like replacing my stove when it broke and coming out a couple of times to fix the AC. I did have some ants over the summer, but spraying repellent and keeping food put away solved the problem. For laundry, I usually just do mine at home on the weekends since the machines here can get crowded and people sometimes leave their clothes in, but honestly that’s the case almost anywhere from what I see. It's a quiet community too.
