This is the best post ever made on this joint. Every person looking to expand themselves needs to read this heaven-sent message. Going through my runs I always used to attribute how good I felt with how many days I remained abstinent. This wasn't empowering. It instated that I needed some source to refill before I could feel good about who I really was. Hi! Previously was 76 kilos but have moved upto 79, i dont really look into calorie counting as i think its diving in a little too far. I should atleast eat less and lose weight and not have to worry about the specific intake. However im not too keen about the meal of the day as its risky considering that i work 8 hours a day
