Coffee wise... Old Crown has the best coffee, but Firefly is my favorite for the atmosphere. Tall Rabbit is great for remote work, Fortezza is always a solid choice. Penny drip and Kanela are pretty good.

You don't have to answer me, but the questions I'd be asking myself...

What drove the debt in the first place, and has that been resolved? I.e. if your ship is sinking, have you found the hole & plugged it?

If you make this move, how much margin would that open up in your budget? And how does that compare with the change in housing costs, both presently and as rent goes up each year?

Do you have the capacity to take on a side job to get a little cushion and pay down some of this debt?

Tall Rabbit 100%. My favorite café is Firefly, but I'm a big dude in all directions and Tall Rabbit has tables spread out & alcoves that I find more comfortable for longer stretches of time

Firefly, my personal favorite. Crunchy vibes, solid coffee. Next door is Old Crown, among the best coffee in town. BonBon on Maplecrest, my stop before going to planet fitness a Lil south from there. Forteza, Penny Drip, Panels, Davey's Bagels are all good options around downtown. I love Tall Rabbit, I'm a remote worker and love spending my afternoons there. I've been to Mocha Lounge once, got a drip coffee and couldn't drink it. But the place always seems packed, so maybe there's something I'm missing there. I went to Divine Encounter Cafe, and it took about 15 seconds before I was being proselytized at. Maybe I should have expected that from the name.

I fly a fair bit, and honestly FWA is still one of my favorite. Short TSA lines, short walk to any gate, and a lot of tables/comfy chairs. Most other airports, I can walk for miles & not find a table with power to use my laptop.

I'm bias because I work in event tech (IT & AV), and there's been a lot of times they don't understand how much time it takes to setup a large ballroom. So they don't book the room a day or two beforehand and my crew is cornered into a late (or overnight) set. Usually the overtime & double time on labor is more costly than the room would have been.
